I would be remiss if I didn’t start off this blog with a BIG thank you to my co-worker and friend, Melissa. It may have been that she was sick of me talking about starting a blog about baking every morning during our coffee break and grew tired when I never took the plunge. Or maybe she just wanted another blogging buddy seeing as she just started to her own. (Please don’t hold it against her that it isn’t about cooking or baking. It really is a fantastic blog). Whatever her motivation, I want to thank her for the kick in the pants I needed to get started! Also…it is a widely known fact that I am completely incompetent when it comes to anything to do with electronics. She was just the IT professional I needed to hold my hand through the set-up process. I’m sure I’ll be stopping by her cube and calling her with questions along the way. Thanks for the gentle nudging and patience, Melissa! (I promise the next post will actually have to do with baking!)
